Does The Hair Tree have set hours?

We have hours that we book within, but there are not set hours of operation. The earliest we open is 9AM and the latest we stay open is 8PM. Each stylist has their own schedules within that hourly range and it varies by day.

Where can we park?​

When you pull into the parking lot, there are clearly marked parking spaces on the left and right sides of the parking lot.​ Do not pull up to the front of the building unless you are dropping someone off. We share the building and the parking lot with other businesses and residential tenants, so we ask that you be courteous.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take cash, credit, debit, check, and tap to pay options. We do not accept Paypall, Venmo​, or Zelle.

What is the best way to contact the salon?

Calling or texting the salon phone number is the most effective way to get a hold of a team member. ​Our stylists do not hand out personal contact information. We can also be reached via Facebook & Instagram. There are messaging options via Square, but it is an automated service so responses are mostly from a bot, not a human. Email is available as well, but it is the least effective way to contact us. If you need an immediate response, please call or text the salon directly.

How soon can I book an appointment?​

Our senior stylists have fairly full clientele, so if you're looking to become a new client, be prepared for a 3 - 4 week wait depending on what service(s) you're looking to book.​

Do you have a Cancelation List?​

When you log into Square to book an appointment, there will be a 'Waitlist' option. Add yourself to the virtual waitlist and it will automatically inform you the moment an appointment becomes available.​

Do you have a Cancelation Fee?​

Yes. The salon has a Cancelation Policy. Go to the Home Page and click on the 'Salon Policies' button to be aware of all our policies before booking.​

Do you cut kid's hair?​

No. As of January 2023, the salon stopped accepting new kid clients. Go to the Home Page and click on the 'Salon Policies' button to be aware of all our policies before booking.
