Policies
Cancelation Policy...
In order for us to provide the best booking options for our clients, we require 48hr notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48hrs before hand, a cancellation fee of 25% of the booked service(s) total will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
Late Policy...
All appointments are scheduled to give your stylist adequate time to perform your chosen services. If you are running late, please call the salon, (860)334-1627, to give your stylist time to adjust. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled to respect the other scheduled appointments of the day.
Child Policy...
We request that you do not bring small children to your personal appointments out of respect for the salon staff and fellow patrons. Our salon is not equipped for child care. Special accommodations can be made in advance, but only if fully approved by your stylist first. Otherwise, you may be asked to reschedule.
*Starting 2023*
We will no longer be taking on new clients for child haircuts. If your child is an existing client of the salon, they will be grandfathered into our booking system. Contact the salon directly with any questions or concerns.
